Shoulder and elbow pain often traces back to an inflamed joint or tendon, and an injection puts anti- inflammatory medication exactly there. Relief can make the difference between guarding the arm and actually using it again - which matters, because the strengthening work that protects the joint long term only happens once movement stops hurting. Injections are guided by imaging for accuracy and done in the office.

Great service...I have recommend IPA to several veterans and friends. I miss my previous doctor but my current doctor (Puri) is excellent. He treat my 91 yr old dad too. Melanie (NP) treat my wife and me she is awesome.. MS Karisha is the best receptionist they had in awhile. She has trained the other young ladies and they provide great customer service. The surgery center is also great especially Serina. I have given several names you should try to see. I have been coming here since 2015. I stand by my recommendation. Hardy
Everyone here has always been thoughtful of my pain, listened carefully on what hurts, where and how. Even when very rarely a procedure has gone wrong made things right and kept me in the loop on the decision process. I've been cooking here for 8 years and will continue for the foreseeable future. I've two spinal cord stimulator implants and two peripheral implants helping keep the excruciating pain as best as possible to tolerable levels. I've considerable damage due to two major accidents, a dozen collapsed disc, fusions and nerve damage and they've kept this train wreck rolling lol.
