Dr. Blake Sutton

Anesthesiology & Interventional Pain Management

Dr. Blake Sutton is a board-certified pain management physician dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief through advanced, evidence-based treatments. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in 2016, followed by a fellowship in Pain Medicine at UTMB in 2017.

Since completing his fellowship, Dr. Sutton has been practicing with Integrated Pain Associates (IPA) and has served as the Medical Director of IPA Abilene since 2020. His clinical interests include neuromodulation, basivertebral nerve ablation, and minimally invasive spine procedures, allowing him to provide innovative treatment options tailored to each patient's needs.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sutton enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two children. Whether he's fishing, boating, golfing, or simply enjoying the wonders of God's creation with his family, he values the same active lifestyle he strives to help his patients regain.

Dr. Jerry Tarver

Dr. Jerry Tarver is a board-certified physician specializing in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management with more than 40 years of experience caring for patients with acute and chronic pain. He earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio before completing his Anesthesiology residency training at West Virginia University and his Interventional Pain Management fellowship at Penn State University.

Dr. Tarver is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through advanced treatment options designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. With decades of experience in pain management, he works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

Dr. Bradley Carpentier is a board-certified physician specializing in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine with nearly 30 years of experience caring for patients with acute and chronic pain. He has practiced Pain Medicine exclusively since 1997. He earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his Anesthesiology residency and Pain Management training at UT Southwestern. He also completed advanced Pain Medicine fellowship training at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, Australia, and Stanford University Medical Center.

Dr. Carpentier is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through advanced, evidence-based treatment options. His clinical interests include neuromodulation and spinal cord stimulation, as well as innovative therapies designed to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. He has served as an educator and lecturer in the field of pain management and continues to contribute to the advancement of interventional pain care.

Dr. Shannon Garitty

Dr. Shannon Garitty is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and has been practicing pain management for over seven years. He earned both his undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Arizona before completing two years of surgical training. He then completed his residency in Anesthesiology and fellowship in Pain Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Since completing his fellowship, Dr. Garitty has been with Integrated Pain Associates, where he provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. He believes in developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that focus on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Garitty enjoys spending time with his children and friends, golfing, following sports, listening to music, and exploring new food cuisines.

Dr. Shawn Puri

Dr. Shawn Puri is a board-certified physician specializing in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management with 15 years of experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency training at New York University before pursuing advanced training in Pain Medicine.

Dr. Puri is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through advanced, evidence-based treatment options. He is an expert in neuromodulation and minimally invasive spine procedures and has consulted with and trained colleagues in these advanced techniques. He is also actively involved in clinical research, helping advance the field of pain management. His clinical interests include interventional pain management, spinal procedures, nerve ablation, and medication management designed to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Dr. Kristian Delgado

Dr. Kristian Delgado is a board-certified physician specializing in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management with more than 20 years of experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh and his Interventional Pain Management fellowship at the University of California, Davis. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Delgado is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care through advanced, evidence-based, and minimally invasive treatment options. He is certified to perform the full spectrum of interventional pain procedures and implantable therapies, helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life. He has also earned a Center of Excellence designation with Relievant for the treatment of vertebrogenic pain using basivertebral nerve ablation (BVN).

A decorated combat veteran, Dr. Delgado proudly served 26 years in the military, bringing the same dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence to the care of every patient.

He earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center before completing his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins University. A Lubbock native, Dr. Dalley considers Lubbock home and is passionate about serving the community he loves. Dr. Brian Hirsch

Dr. Brian Hirsch is a board-certified physician specializing in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, with 11 years of extensive experience providing comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic pain. Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Hirsch served in the United States Army Reserves as a Medical Laboratory Specialist and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University. His early career in the utility industry provided him with a unique background and perspective before following his lifelong passion of becoming a physician.

Dr. Hirsch earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine before completing his Anesthesiology residency and Pain Management fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care while utilizing advanced interventional techniques to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Bolkar Sahinler

Dr. Bolkar Sahinler is a board-certified physician specializing in Interventional Pain Management with more than 24 years of experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain. He earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Ankara before completing his Anesthesiology residency and Interventional Pain Management fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

Since 2004, Dr. Sahinler has proudly served the Lubbock community, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on reducing pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life. His clinical interests include neuromodulation, implantable drug therapies, and kyphoplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic fractures.

For more than a decade, Dr. Sahinler has been active with the World Institute of Pain, serving as a speaker, hands-on instructor, and board examiner. Through this work, he helps advance the education and practice of interventional pain management for physicians across the United States and around the world.

Dr. Shiraz Yazdani is a board-certified physician specializing in Interventional Pain Management with more than 15 years of experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky before receiving his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he served as Chief Resident, and went on to complete his Pain Medicine fellowship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr. Yazdani is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through advanced, minimally invasive treatment options. Dr. Grayson Koval is a board-certified physician specializing in Interventional Pain Management. Originally from Coppell, Texas, he earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Baylor University before receiving his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School, where he graduated in the top quartile in his class. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at UT Southwestern and went on to complete his Interventional Pain Management fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Following his fellowship, he has been practicing pain management in Midland since 2022.

As an interventional pain management physician, Dr. Koval provides comprehensive pain management care. He carefully considers each patient's unique case in order to provide a tailored pain management approach. He believes there are multiple ways to effectively manage chronic pain and his mission is to find the best approach for each patient. By providing individualized, patient-centric, and evidence-based treatment, Dr. Koval helps patients live a more active and rewarding life and learn how to manage their chronic pain effectively.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Koval treasures the time he gets to spend with his wife and four children. Dr. Koval enjoys spending time with his family, being an active member of his local church, traveling to National Parks, and hiking, camping, and backpacking.

Dr. Joshua Shroll is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, dedicated to helping patients with difficult and debilitating pain conditions regain their lives and return to the activities they enjoy. He earned his medical degree and a master's degree in public health from Ohio State University, completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he served as chief resident, and finished his fellowship in Pain Medicine at UCLA, where he stayed on as clinical faculty and Medical Director of UCLA Santa Clarita Pain Medicine.

Dr. Shroll offers each patient the best possible course of treatment for their individual needs. His clinical interests include spinal cord stimulation, intrathecal drug delivery, and other minimally invasive procedures for chronic spine conditions, neuropathies, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and cancer pain, including the use of kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Shroll enjoys spending time with his family and taking in the outdoors on long walks.

Dr. Jack Chapman

Anesthesiology & Interventional Pain Management

Dr. Jack Chapman is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology as well as the American Board of Pain Management. Born in Ft. Worth and raised in the Texas Hill Country, he founded Northwest Anesthesiology and Pain Management in 1991, serving as managing partner for over twenty years, and spent four years as Director of the Pain Division for the largest hospital system in southern Colorado before returning to Texas to live and practice with Tricity in the New Braunfels area.

An honors graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Chapman completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. He has served as a clinical professor for Baylor's Pain Fellowship Program, as well as faculty for Stryker, St. Jude's, and Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, and is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management, American Pain Society, North American Neuromodulation Society, and Texas Medical Society.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chapman and his wife, Tara, enjoy time with their six children at their second home in Turks and Caicos, where they dive and support the local community. A long-time endurance athlete, he has completed numerous marathons, Ironman races, and open water swims.

He earned his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) before completing his Anesthesiology and Pain Management training in Michigan.

Following his training, Dr. Nguyen practiced in the Pittsburgh area for many years before joining Integrated Pain Associates in 2024.
