Devices need attention over a lifetime, and a lot of what we see is maintenance rather than crisis - a battery reaching the end of its life, a lead that has shifted, settings that no longer match how your pain behaves. If a device is no longer earning its place, we will remove it. Taking one out is a legitimate outcome rather than a failure, and we would rather have that conversation honestly than leave you carrying hardware that is not helping.
