Dr. Brian Hirsch

Dr. Brian Hirsch is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management, with 11 years of extensive experience providing comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic pain. Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Hirsch served in the United States Army Reserves as a Medical Laboratory Specialist and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University. His early career in the utility industry provided him with a unique background and perspective before following his lifelong passion of becoming a physician.

Dr. Hirsch earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine before completing his Anesthesiology residency and Pain Management fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care while utilizing advanced interventional techniques to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hirsch enjoys spending time with his three children, Avery, Evan, and Emory, and supporting Texas Tech athletics.
